When he's not working his day job as a lawyer, you can find him, suited up and "running" some of the country's craziest whitewater environments. Read MoreAnother blog post from the unpublished drafts section of the blog: These images were created at an event held last December by the University of Arkansas Art Department in collaboration with Arsega's at the Depot. All of the design elements (including menus, place settings, bowls, plates and glasses) were created by university students and the menu was prepared by Chef Patrick Lane, Head Chef at the restaurant. The event was a fundraiser for the Art Department and it was a huge success.
