Say hello (and goodbye) to this awesome pair of Merrell boots. This Throwback Thursday post is a tribute to the years and the miles that they faithfully served me. As a professional photographer and as a full time adventurous person, I am notoriously hard on my shoes. My dress shoes may or may not see a black tie gala and a cow patty misstep in the same day. While on a recent outing, I noticed my feet were a little chilly. And sure enough when did some investigating, I could see my socks in both boots. A trip to Walters Boot and Shoe repair resulted in being told to "say a few words of remembrance and bury them." So please join me in honoring these fine boots from Merrell and the rich and satisfying life that they have led.
